The client needed an authentic Indian food e-commerce experience with reliable logistics across multiple courier partners, efficient bulk order handling, and kitchen-ready item preparation lists — not just a basic storefront.
Our Solution
SSIT built America Avakay with a Super Admin panel for menu, coupons, shipping costs, orders, users, sales & finance, and tickets. Orders integrate ICL, Delhivery, and DTDC with pincode-based partner auto-mapping, bulk status updates, courier sync, and a Grouped Items tool to download/print consolidated quantities for food preparation.
