Software Products & Licenses

Subscription Services

  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual subscriptions (first 60 days)
  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
  • No refund for partial months after cancellation

One-time Licenses

  • 14-day refund window from purchase date
  • Must be unused and uninstalled
  • Custom licenses are non-refundable
  • Volume licenses subject to separate terms

Hardware Products & Devices

Standard Products

  • 30-day return window for unopened items
  • 15-day return for opened items in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping costs
  • Restocking fee may apply (15% for opened items)

Custom Hardware

  • Custom-built devices are non-refundable
  • Defective items covered under warranty
  • Design changes after approval incur additional costs
  • Cancellation before production: 50% refund

Professional Services

Consulting & Development

  • Refunds based on project milestones
  • Unused hours refundable within 90 days
  • Completed work is non-refundable
  • Cancellation requires 30-day notice

Training Programs

  • Full refund if cancelled 14 days before start
  • 50% refund if cancelled 7 days before start
  • No refund for cancellations within 7 days
  • Course materials are non-refundable

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official channels. Verbal cancellations are not accepted and will not be processed.
